Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
But the satisfaction of our customers is important to us. If you have any issue with the performance of the product that you have received, simply email us within 14 days of receipt of your order. If a defect is discovered, we will be happy to replace or exchange the item in question via store credit. There are no cash refunds.
Products must be returned with all the original materials included with the shipment. Include your return authorization communication inside the package and mail it back per our email instructions. If the returned item is accepted after inspection, you will receive online store credit for the original purchase price, plus sales tax and shipping costs if applicable.
