Product Quality Concern
For inquiries about a product purchased in store, please email askpuresilk@pure-silk.com with the following information:
- Product Name
- Product UPC
- 12 Digit barcode number printed on the package or can
- Production Code
- Razor and Cartridge Refills: Printed on the back of the package; ends with STB.
- Aerosol Shaving Cream: Printed on the bottom of the can.
- Non-Aerosol Shaving Cream: Imprinted within the crimp at the top of the tube.
- After Shave: Printed below the label on the back of panel.
Any products claimed as defective/faulty must be retained in order to be considered for replacement.
